KGO Group Ltd is currently seeking the services of an Inside Technical Sales & Support person to assist in preparing detailed proposals and customer assistance.
We are a Global manufacturer and a supplier of choice for chemical processing, blending and metering systems. Clients include major chemical companies, pulp and paper, mining, municipal water & waste water, and, food & beverage clients.

The successful candidate will possess the following skills:
Knowledge and experience with liquid & bulk solid materials, chemical feed and blending systems including pumps, valves, motors and instrumentation.
Strong Computer Skills including MRP\ERP & AutoCAD CRM Software
Excellent interpersonal skills in dealing with clients, employees, and suppliers
Duties to include:
Detailed quote preparation
Assist with client service and support
Quotation and service follow up
Assist in providing labour estimates
Updating and maintaining CRM data
Updating MRP (Material Resource Planning System)

This position will require some travel throughout North America, assisting in equipment start up and trouble shooting.
