Our HC (High Capacity) Dry Polymer System are capable of handling consumption rates of 1500 kg’s /3300 lbs./day.   We custom design larger systems by implementing rapid fill lines, tank, and mixer enhancements for higher-than-normal use applications.

We feature 3 basic designs:


These site-specific designs are often dependent on size constraints and client preference. They incorporate our HydraFlex wetting assembly, providing excellent polymer hydration and dust containment.

Operational Sequence - Mix Tank
  1. Water inlet valve opens.
  2. (Optional) booster pump starts.
  3. Flow rate confirmed.
  4. Tank water level rises, lower mixer propeller immersed.
  5. Mixer motor starts.
  6. Volumetric feeder starts & feeds polymer.
  7. At 80% tank level the feeder stops
  8. Water continues completes the fill cycle.
  9. The mixer continues until sufficient polymer hydration is achieved.
Operational Sequence - Application/Storage Tank
  1. Ratio to Mix tank best at 2:1 or more.
  2. Tank level drops to predetermined volume.
  3. Requires Sufficient capacity receive the entire contents of the mix tank

Consistent and accurate feeding is critical for industrial and municipal large volume polymer applications. Our designs include a single feed and conditioning screw in all our HC Series Systems volumetric feeders. Hoppers also include a safety screen, a vibrator pad (vibrator optional) hermetically sealed knife gate isolation valve, dust collection hookups and an access hatch with viewing window with a heavy duty locking mechanism.
