Model 40 - “High Volume” Liquid Polymer Systems w/Flow Control

The Model 40 is designed for high volume polymer usage in critical process applications. The unit is supplied with a TripKO SS/Viton construction Progres-sive cavity pump, to ensure an accurate, reliable, non-pulsating, low shear, supply of polymer to our SS Tri-Clamp Blending System. All Model 40’s employ programmable polymer and water flow monitoring and control devices to en-sure precise and consistent process dosing, our standard dual dilution piping arrangement ensures the highest level of polymer activation.
